GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Get enough sleep at least 6 hours prior to the check-up.

Lack-of sleep may show abnormal results in such as blood pressure, heart beat, and body temperature.

Doctor may not be able to assess if any change is a real abnormality.

Please come on an empty stomach/fasting.

Do not eat or drink at least 8 to 10 hours prior to the check-up.

Water, however, may be freely taken to avoid dehydration effects on blood sugar and cholesterol tests.

Please do not drink alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to appointment as drugs and alcohol may affect some tests.

If you are taking any medicine for Hypertension, you can continue taking it as per doctor's prescription.

Complimentary breakfast at the hospital.

If you have a chronic illness or other health problems, please bring any test results or medical report with you to assist in diagnosis.

You should wear clothing allowing access to upper arm. If the package has TMT, please wear a pair of running shoes or sneakers.

Avoid taking diabetic tablets or insulin before fasting blood sugar test, but take them after fasting blood sample.

Pregnant women or those suspecting pregnancy are advised not to undergo any radiological tests.
