Defiber Machine
The impurity part is separated through a screen, allowing the fibrous palm silk to be directly discharged from the discharge port.
It can be connected to a drum screen, dryer, or fiber press for further processing via a conveyor.

Coconut Peat Dewatering Machine
The soaked coconut peat contains a large amount of water, about 80-90%, which needs to be dehydrated to 55-60%. The coconut peat dehydrator is mainly used for the cleaned coconut peat, which is then dried in the next step.

The coconut peat dryer adopts three-layer drum dryer technology, which offers low operating cost, simple operation, energy saving, and large output. The moisture content can be controlled at 15%. The dried coconut peat is suitable for making blocks and is easy to transport.

Coconut Peat Block Making Machine
The coco peat (coir peat, coir pith) block making machine is a new type of compressed block packer, designed for handling special materials. These materials are very small and loose, making them difficult to bundle, compress, or transport. One solution is to use a horizontal packing machine with bagging for packaging; another solution is to use the block making machine to compress the material into lumps for convenient transportation.
Suitable materials include sawdust, rice husk, peanut shells, and coco peat (coir peat, coir pith), among others.
