Garlic Peeler Machine
A garlic peeler machine is a food-processing device designed to remove the outer skin from garlic cloves quickly, cleanly, and without damaging the cloves. Most machines use pneumatic air pressure or friction-based peeling chambers made with food-grade stainless steel to gently strip off the dry skins. They deliver high peeling efficiency—often above 95%—and significantly reduce labor compared to manual peeling. These machines come in various capacities, from small kitchen or restaurant models to large industrial units used in garlic paste factories. They operate hygienically, are easy to clean, save time, and provide uniform peeled garlic suitable for cooking, packaging, or further processing.
