Peanut Butter Processing Plant
This is full automatic peanut butter production line designed to meet the needs of multi-formula processing. The system mainly consists of elevator, Roaster, Blancher, Color sorter, hopper, Elevator, vibrator, colloid mill, high speed cutting mill, mixing tank, degas- sing tank, cooling machine, filling machine, capping machine, labeling machine with capacity 2000kg/h. Its equipped with dual-stage grinding capabilities, formula addition, and peanut butter cooling functions, making it ideal for producing peanut butter with varied textures and flavors. Continuous Belt Type Oven Roast Peanut at 150-160degree. Split Peanut blanching machine removes red coat, and all the peanuts are divided into two halves and then separates the detached germ. This step will reduce the aflatoxin content of the peanut butter. The unpeeled peanuts are separated by the sorter to ensure the color and quality of the peanut butter. Elevator efficiently transports blanched peanut, while the ultrafine colloid mill and high speed cutting mill work together to achieve a smooth, fine texture through dual-stage grinding. Finished peanut butter fineness 200mesh. The feeding platform is designed for seamless formula addition, avoiding any inconsistencies during the mixing process. At the final stage, the cooling mixing tank rapidly cools the peanut butter while continuously stirring preserving its ideal texture and stability. The whole system is controlled by a PLC program, offering high automation and ease of operation.
