High Moisture Meat Analogue
The high moisture meat analogue produced by BET EXIM mainly adopts soybean meal, wheat protein, protein concentrate, protein isolate, etc. as raw material. Through the high-speed mixing, extrusion, shearing, and other functions of a special extrusion unit, the raw material become a melt state, and the structure of the protein in the raw material is reorganized. Then after passing through the moulding system, the high-moisture vegetable protein product with a directional fibrous tissue structure is produced. The protein products produced by high moisture meat analogue have a uniform texture, good toughness, good elasticity, high degree of fibrosis, less loss of nutrients, can be processed or eaten without rehydration, high protein content, low-fat content, and no cholesterol, high nutritional value, wide application range and a series of advantages. It can be used as a raw material for a variety of advanced vegetarian products, or simply processed into ready-to-eat vegetable protein snack foods.
